The Lost Art of Customer Service

Customer service seems to have become a lost art.

Everywhere we go, technology is replacing human interaction. We shop online, check ourselves out, communicate through automated systems, and increasingly have to figure things out ourselves. And when we do encounter an employee, it can sometimes feel as though we are inconveniencing them simply by asking for help.

I believe technology is making many experiences less enjoyable. It has become so pervasive that people are beginning to retreat from things they once enjoyed because the experience of having to interact, ask questions, or navigate a system has become more frustrating than it is worth.

I think that is a shame.

As a real estate professional, I believe exceptional service is just as important as exceptional skill. My job isn't simply to know the market, negotiate effectively, and get the transaction to the closing table. It's also to make my clients feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and sharing their thoughts throughout the process.

I welcome questions. I welcome opinions. And I genuinely want to hear what my clients think.

I strongly believe that two heads are better than one. Even when I have a strong opinion about the most effective way to accomplish something, I want to hear another perspective because I may learn something I hadn't considered.

That, to me, is what good service looks like: expertise combined with genuine human interaction, communication, and respect.

In today's increasingly automated world, I believe that combination is becoming rare—and therefore, more valuable than ever.

That is the experience I strive to provide to every client I represent.

Work With Kimberly

From the very beginning, I prioritize establishing a collaborative environment, ensuring that my client understands their indispensable role in the home sale process. As a real estate agent, I go beyond the usual responsibilities to deliver extraordinary value and exceptional care to both sellers and buyers. Recognizing the significance of this transaction, often the largest one in people’s lives, I handle the relationship with utmost caution, relying on concrete data and factual information. Throughout the entire journey, I continuously assess cause and effect, enabling a smooth and seamless transaction for my clients.
